From Big Feelings to Calm Bodies: Somatic Exercises for Kids Ages 3-5

$25Does your child ever feel overwhelmed by big emotions? This fun and interactive workshop is designed to give them the tools they need to recognize and manage their feelings with ease.
Led by Jacqueline Partee, PMHNP-BC and CRNP, a child psychiatry specialist with extensive experience helping children manage intense emotions. As a parent of neurodivergent children, she brings a compassionate, informed perspective to her work, using techniques like somatic exercises to support emotional regulation and resilience.
In This Workshop, Your Kids Will:
