Welcome to Kindersports! A childrens class designed specifically for ages 3-5 years old. The Kindersports program will assist in developing motor & cognitive skills through the introduction of various physical activities. Classes are split into four themes: Sports, Agility, Yoga, Carnival.
Pillar is a free weekly support group for moms and their babies 0-12 months old. Our Thursday gathering is for babies 0-6 months old.
