Fiddlesticks invites kids of all ages to discover the magic of the symphony on April 5

Fiddlesticks believes anything is possible when you use your imagination.

Your family can fly through the air to music from Harry Potter, surround yourselves in candy with “Pure Imagination” from “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory,” and even attend a grand ball as you get swept up in the beauty of Prokofiev’s “Cinderella’s Waltz.”

The possibilities are limitless!

And here’s some wonderful news: Your next chance to visit with Fiddlesticks is coming soon.

Join the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra — along with Assistant Conductor Moon Doh, vocalist Katy Williams, and of course, your favorite feline friend, Fiddlesticks — for “Fiddlesticks: Imagine That!

The show, happening at Heinz Hall on Saturday, Apr. 5, at 11:15 a.m., is perfect for kids ages 3 through 8 and their families.

The best part? The fun starts even before the show begins. Pre-concert activities beginning at 10 a.m. will include musical-themed demonstrations including the bassoon and viola, crafting, singing and many ways to interact and explore Heinz Hall. Music and movement before the concert will be led by Slippery Rock University music education students.

Sensory-friendly accommodations will be available, including a Quiet Room, and ASL interpretation will be provided on stage.

A joyful Fiddlesticks show is a great way to get out of the house on a weekend morning and enjoy downtown Pittsburgh — especially in springtime, which is a wonderful time to be at Heinz Hall. And Fiddlesticks will be signing autographs after the show!

Tickets start at just $19. Get details and reserve your seats here. Fiddlesticks looks forward to welcoming you!
