Do you know a Pittsburgh-area girl who is helping make meaningful change in her community?

In honor of International Day of the Girl on October 11, 2023, the White House Gender Policy Council is seeking nominations for girls in the United States (ages 14 to 18) who are leading change by tackling the issues that she believes need attention.

To nominate a girl for this award celebrating young female leaders, just fill out this form by 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, Aug. 25.

The International Day of the Girl is a celebration created 11 years ago by the United Nations to bring attention on issues that matter to girls around the world.
